Apple iPhone & Human Man "Marry" In Las Vegas

What is this? I don't even... ARGHHH KILL ME NOW!!

How much do you love your smartphone? Not as much as this guy, it seems.
Say what you want about Brexit, Trump, or ISIS, but I think we can all agree the end is nigh due to the bizarre news that a man in Las Vegas has married his iPhone. Yes.
A Mr Aaron Chervenak got hitched in a typical Las Vegas style last-minute elopement at the Little Las Vegas Chapel, but the bride-to-be wasn't the usual flesh-and-blood humanoid type, no sir, much to the dismay of the chapel owner, Michael Kelly, it was a silicon, glass, and metal slab with the voice of Siri.
Speaking to KTNV, Kelly said, "At first it was like what? And then I was like... Alright let’s do it. We don't really have many people that marry inanimate objects."
I also like the way he says, "many"...
And before you were thinking that society at large has lost its collective minds to enable this, bear in mind that the union is not officially or legally recognised by the State of Nevada. What's more, this doesn't appear to have been serious, in fact both Kelly and Chervenak commented that this is a symbolic publicity stunt to emphasise how we spend all our waking and sleeping hours with our smartphones, like a partner, even taking them into bed (though not in THAT way).
"Of course it’s not as emotional as marrying a person," said Chervenak (ya think?), "the emotional connection is a completely different one. And the marriage is symbolic, since by law it is not possible to marry an object. But the message is still there: These little devices have become incredibly precious to us, so my little symbolic act demonstrates that high value."
